Much of this discussion has to do with Norito which is a shinto prayer recited by the Osa after Soku Shin No Gyo (bell misogi). Please note that Norito is much more then a prayer but should be considered a celebration of life. The words chanted during bell misogi – To Ho Kami Emi Tame loosely translated means “With the sharp sword of my will, I penetrate the mirror universe, polishing my soul like a beautiful crystal ball.”… sums up the meaning of bell misogi and Norito.
